being of black,
being of white,
being of wrong,
being of right,
being of you,
being of me,
being of land,
being of sea,
being of earth,
being of beyond….

I looked upon the Earth…
The green grass smiled
The love penetrated me
I felt it as each blade swayed…
In sync with me
Respect filled my limbs..
For I knew she let me live
Peacfully and Beautifully
The light kissed my skin
Lightly, yet penetrated my heart
Forcefully … Majestically
It is as deep as the roots
Of the tallest of trees.
